This space has been meticulously curated to ensure hospitality and the utmost comfort for our guests during their travels. Guests are responsible for reading and adhering to house rules. Failure to follow house rules will result in forfeiture of reservation.
Kindly note, we do not permit meetings, parties, gatherings, photo shoots, video shoots or other similar activities. Pets are not permitted.
Occupants/visitors (both overnight and during the day) are limited to guests confirmed on the booking itself (unless pre-approved by host prior to booking).
If booking on behalf of others, please inform the host at booking and request approval.
Onsite parking is available for a nominal fee, but request must be made in conjunction with booking.
Residents of NY/NJ must contact host prior to booking for approval.
Please be aware there is a Minut device installed in the living room which does not record audio but actively monitors for high decibel levels, crowds and cigarette smoke in order to prevent parties, damage or neighbor complaints.
We also have installed a camera pointed at entry points and will not view video unless issues arise.
